DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

1. Seshaasai Direct delivers within India and the UAE. Seshaasai Direct has tied up with Team United Couriers for delivery of products.
2. Customers cannot arrange for pickup and delivery of the products on their own. Delivery will only be through Seshaasai Direct contracted couriers.
3. Delivery Charges are calculated on the basis of number of calendars.
4. A sales tax of 3.2% is applicable on all products. This is included in the final cost while ordering.
5. Delivery periods are as follows:
   • Within Mumbai - Within 5 working days
   • Within Maharashtra - Within 7 working days
   • Anywhere within India - Within 8-10 working days.
6. The calendars can also be sent directly to individuals. The charges for the same will be calculated seperately. Please contact us on info@seshasai.com for details.
7. Calendars can be used for mass marketing but the ordering party will take responsibility for accuracy or legality.
8. At seshasai Direct we are committed to satisfy your requirement. Should there be any complaints related to our products, please inform us and we shall study the matter and do the needful. Please mail to customercare@seshaasai.com
9. If so required we shall replace the goods and you would have to bear the cost of sending the damaged goods back to us, receipt of which we shall despatch the goods to you.
10. Orders Once received cannot be cancelled or the quantity reduced or increased. To order additional copies of the product a fresh order will have to be placed.
